The critical path

No outcome labels exist until WS1-06 (the call-to-ledger join, PEA-605) is validated - expand WS1 to see it. It gates the leakage-safe splits, every propensity model, and the 500-lead delivery, so the red path runs WS1 → WS5 → WS6 → WS9. That single ticket is the highest-leverage item in the plan and the only Urgent one on the board.
